Tim Pease spoke about maintaining the current website. He welcomes suggestions for improvement. Current items that need to be updated:
Primary contact (answer questions, knowledge of the club, etc)
Where to send the new member forms
Scholarship application form and 2009 recipient
Tim will get with Pookie to get the name of the individual who designed the new brochure so that he can get it downloaded on the webpage; Merchandise page is missing pictures and prices.
Conservationist of the Year needs to be updated
Sponsor list needs to be updated
Club house rental information

Mike Kistner made a motion and Wayne Wilson seconded for approval of $1,500 start up cash for the ice fishing contest. Motion carried

Fish & Game Cookbooks
Pearl and Gary have been working with UW-Stout, graphic communications in the design. 100 cookbooks cost is $1,300 ($9/each); 200 is $1,600 ($8/each). It was suggested that Pearl contact Stout and see how much 500 cookbooks and present at the regular meeting. Al Finder made a motion, Joel Radke seconded to purchase 200 with a cost of $1704 tax included and sell for $10 each. Motion carried.
Discussion of 1099 forms, tabled to next meeting so that further investigation can be done.
Big Buck contest (gun & mussel only) Al Finder is in charged
Larry Lapp presented prices for replacing tables and chairs $114.99 for tables 30x96 need at least 10; second quote is $156/table. $15.20 for chairs, increments of 4. Pookie suggested this be tabled for a few months due to the lack of funds in the bar and building account.
New copy machine $75.00 per quarter for maintenance $126/month for lease color copier; $117/month for lease and $75 per quarter for maintenance on a black and white. We will continue to pursue to see if it feasible. Pookie will get back to us regarding current costs and how much the copier is being used.
Suggestion to form a committee and revamp the ice fishing contest for next year. It is too late to make changes for this year. We need to get the poster printed ASAP.
Scott Sinz made motion, and Pookie Albrecht seconded to purchase updated financial software program. Motion carried
Suggested to place a serving utensil on chicken platter at the Harmon supper. 32 tongs will be purchased before next weeks Harmon supper.
Bob Kistner made a motion and Larry Lapp seconded to adjourn meeting at 9:00 p.m. Motion carried.

President Dave Moore called the meeting to order.

A reading of the minutes was waived due to them being published in the newsletter, email and posted on the website Mike Benzel moved and Wayne Wilson seconded a motion to accept the minutes as printed in the newsletter. Motion carried.
TREASURER’S REPORT-HELMUTH ALBRECHT
$39,054.99 in general checking, $227.24 in bar account. Duke Holmberg moved and Mike Benzel seconded a motion to accept the treasurer's report. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Pookie Albrecht and seconded by Al Finder, to allow $150 for cost incurred for the Food Cooking Demonstration on Nov 16th. If you are interested in working or helping out, please sign up or contact Al Marotz.
A motion was made by Holland Millar and seconded by Charles Kistner to set aside $1,500 for the Ice Fishing Contest. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Mike Kistner and seconded by Gary Buss to approve $16,000 for the Fall Banquet gun budget. Motion carried
