  1. Chad gave an update on the Red Cedar Land, Water & People Coming Together conference he attended.




  1. Fairmont Minerals has donated $10,000 to the Lower Chippewa Endowment Fund.




  1. Credit cards applications from Westconsin Credit Union have been applied for and are awaiting approval. Pookie also recommended that we continue to use the Wal Mart credit card.




  1. Pookie gave a presentation on the game room profits:

Gary Schwoch made a motion and Jim Thompson seconded to remove the pool table, bowling video game and dart board. Motion Carried.




  1. Mike Kistner made a motion and Scott Seston seconded to provide up to $150 to Dave Moore to purchase food and beverages for the workers who help on Wilson Creek. Motion Carried.




  1. Dave Moore made a motion and Kellen Casselius seconded to pay Steven Vandeberg up to $250 to develop a policy and procedures manual on bar management. Motion Carried.




Dave Moore made a motion and Pookie Albrecht seconded to adjourn at 6:45 p.m.

  1. CALL TO ORDER

President Chad Mogen called the meeting to order.


  1. SECRETARY’S REPORT-BRIDGET SCHROEDER

A reading of the minutes was waived due to them being published in the newsletter, email and posted on the website Dave Moore moved and Mike Benzel seconded a motion to accept the minutes as printed in the newsletter. Motion carried.


  1. TREASURER’S REPORT-HELMUTH ALBRECHT

$32,140.00 in general checking, $1,220.95 in bar/building account. Al May moved and Al Finder seconded a motion to accept the treasurer's report. Motion carried.

June 8th is Disabled Fishing Event

The pavement of the Cedar Falls boat landing will be completed this summer


  1. WISCONSIN CONSERVATION CONGRESS REPORT-AL MAROTZ

Spring Hearing is April 9th at 7:00. All questions are advisory only and there will be a Town Hall meeting after the hearing, so please make sure you stay.
