EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING
April. 23, 2012
PRESENT: Helmuth Albrecht, Les Kuesel, Kellen Casselius, Mike Kistner, Gary Schwoch, Scott Seston, Heather Kistner Bridget Schroeder, Jim Thompson, Chad Mogen Absent: Dave Moore
A motion was made by Pookie Albrecht and seconded by Jim Thompson to reimburse Scott Sinz $65 for revamping the purple martin houses. Motion carried.
Because of the Memorial Holiday, the May meeting has been moved to May 21, 2012
A motion was made by Len Frank and seconded by Heather Kistner to send 5 delegates to the Conservation Congress Annual meeting in Stevens Point for the amount of $1,200. Motion carried. Heather Kistner will also send out a letter to other clubs asking for their financial help.
Pheasant point cut off will remain the same, at the end of July, even though the banquet date has been moved to September.
A motion was made by Pookie Albrecht and seconded by Gary Schwoch to appoint an adhoc committee to oversee and monitor the audit.
Scott Seston made a motion and Bob Kistner seconded to adjourn at 7:00 p.m.

CALL TO ORDER
President Chad Mogen called the meeting to order.
SECRETARY’S REPORT-BRIDGET SCHROEDER
A reading of the minutes was waived due to them being published in the newsletter, email and posted on the website Curt Hagberg moved and Mike Benzel seconded a motion to accept the minutes as printed in the newsletter. Motion carried.
TREASURER’S REPORT-HELMUTH ALBRECHT
$29,266.04 in general checking, $1,015.24 in bar/building account. Heather Kistner moved and Len Frank seconded a motion to accept the treasurer's report. Motion carried.

WISCONSIN CONSERVATION CONGRESS REPORT-AL MAROTZ
Annual meeting in Stevens Point. The club will be sending 5 delegates.
