July 23, 2012
PRESENT: Helmuth Albrecht, Les Kuesel, Mike Kistner Gary Schwoch, Scott Seston, Bob Kistner, Chad Mogen Bridget Schroeder, Dave Moore, Jim Thompson, Kellen Casselius, Heather Kistner
A motion was made by Chad Mogen and seconded by Dave Moore to allow Leslie Norris use of kitchen (oven & dishwasher) for her catering business. Rental will be at the current rate of $100/day or $50 for half. Motion Carried.
It was felt by the committee that the previous months mention of this item reflect the fact that this happened due to the mail not being forwarded on to Pookie. Pookie informed the committee that we were given notice by the IRS that December, 2010 Quarterly Withholding taxes were not received in a timely manner and we are subject to penalties Steve Young is helping us deal with the situation; and are hopeful that the penalties will be waived. (FYI penalty and fees were waived)
Conservationist of the Year Nominations: Currently we have 3 members nominated and 1 non-members, if you wish to have your nominations voted on by the August meeting, please let Dave Moore, Bridget Schroeder or Pookie Albrecht know..
