Members Present: Gary Schwoch, Heather Kistner, Les Kuesel, Scott Seston, Kellen Cassellius, Bill Schutts, Jim Thompson, Dave Peckmiller, Garrett Sinz, Martha Stratton, Gary Buss, Paul Jacobson and Len Frank
Chicken Supper Revival~Decision to continue with the Harmon Chicken Dinners for one more year. Thinking about coming up with a Desert idea.
Ceiling & Lights~Job is finished. Filled out paper work for an energy rebate.
Deferred budget account for land acquisition. Working on a plan to have money/account to purchase land. Idea was brought up to the Alliance and plan to wait to see their ideas.
Summer Fishing Contest. Talked about dates and ideas to have a contest. Talked about getting revenue from other events. Main concern is getting people up to the clubhouse from the lake. Wondering about the cost of putting a trail or steps up from the lake.
Dunn County Fair Food Booth – U GOT CORN? Need more information.
Policy Review Board (New Name)
Chairman Josh Risler, Co Chairman, with Rich Leventhal.
24/7 Card Swipe Security (Aaron on Vacation) Wayne Wilson: Got a bid for $1700. Willing to present a security plan to the Executive Board.
Printer: Concern for Cheaper Copies, New Printer? E.O. Johnson
Is it more cost effective to contract all the color copies.
Change South Door Combination – Code has been changed
Change Alarm Combination
Working To get better handle on the keys.
2nd Cash Register~Martha Stratton made a motion that we don’t need a second register. Scott Seston Second. Motion Carried.
VP and Inventory – Takes about one and ½ hours.
Tree Stand Approval~Will purchase two tree stands for the Hunter Education program from the Bob Stratton memorial fund.
Frozen Fish – Will use the fish for the Disabled Fishing event. Ideas to maybe have the sponsors’ appreciation before the banquet?
Other ~talked about fixing the bar top.

Call to Order
Gary started the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance .
Secretary's Report: Martha Stratton
A reading of the minutes was waived due to them being published in the newsletter, email and posted on the website. Mike Benzel moved and Pookie Albright seconded a motion to accept the minutes as printed in the newsletter. Motion carried.
Treasurer's Report: Bill Schutts
Bill Schutts will need information as to what you are needing for a reimbursement, what committee and what project. Asked about a bill from Knaack’s. When charging on a Store charge, please sign what it is for. Example, Youth Fishing event. Al Finder moved and Holland Millar seconded a motion to accept the treasurer's report. Motion carried.
Thank you note from the Dick Olson family for the Sunshine Basket. Thank you from the Downsville Sportsman Club, thanking for the donation to their Ice Fishing Contest.
Executive Committee Report: Gary
President Gary Schwoch presented the Executive Committee Report (See Report). A thank you for the New Ceiling and Lights to Scott Seston and helper Bob Kistner.
DNR Report: Jim Cleven, Jess Karstens, Chad Mogen
Jess Karstens talked about the Deer Forum Meetings. Will make recommendations based on the meetings. You can view these meetings on line. There is a survey on the DNR website that you can fill out. Last week, extra turkey permits went on sale.
Dunn Country Alliance Report: Dan Prestebak, Scott Sinz
Still waiting on the appraisal. Was suppose to be done on March 8th. Wondering if the Alliance can buy stewardship land. Working on finding out that information. Russ Hitz passed out information on the spring hearing.
Wis. Conservation Congress Report: Jim, Russ Hitz, Al Marotz
April 8th, 7 p.m. iss the Spring Conservation Meeting here at the Fish and Game. 99 questions are on the questionaire. Would like to see a lot of people here.

Fish Cribs: Dave P
Waiting for them to go down. Had the North American fishing event and Fish Cribs on Channel 18.
Harmon Chicken Dinners: Bob Delong, Dave Moore
Meeting set for Monday, April 1st, at 7 p.m. Working on advertising. Need to boost the attendance. Stan Huftel did a letter. Will be sending out a letter w/$1 off coupons, about 10 days out. Posters are available to put out.
Hunters Against Hunger: Ron Fry
Hunter Education: Duke Holmberg
42 in Class. A lot of girls in this class. Range Day is April 6, and thinking that the range is “Snowed” in. May have two groups and only shoot at the range and have the rest of the events at the clubhouse.
Ice Fishing Contest: Mike Kistner, Les Kuesal
Drawing for Ticket Sales. Al Finder, Mike Benzel, Pookie Albright won the contest.
Kitchen: Bonnie Hagberg
Will not be asking for a new dishwasher. Holland Millar requested salt and pepper shakers.
Legislative/Xcel Energy: Mike Benzel
Mining Bill went through. No hunting wolves at night. Stewardship money…They are most likely going to sell some land that was bought. Native Americans wish to spear 60,000 walleye.
Membership: Wayne Wilson
Year End is March 31, If you haven’t paid, your name will not be on the Board. Life Time membership fund is over $5000. One new life member, Steve Gregorson
Pheasant Rearing: Bob Kistner, Scott Seston
April 6, Meet at 9 a.m at the Behling Farm to bag corn.

Beautiful Day on Saturday. There were a lot of people using it.

Self-Sustaining at about $50,000, currently at about $52,000 with bills paid.
Sunshine/Memorials: Martha and Dave Moore
Memorial will be sent to the Lois “Dahms” Sampson Funeral, Randy Dahm’s Mother.
Top Gun Banquet: Len Frank, Pookie Albright, Gary Schwoch
Selected a Date on Friday, April 12, $250 buy in. Prime Rib Dinner. Limited to 96 people. Date of next Meeting March 26, at 7 p.m. at Clubhouse.
Women On Target: April Cowan
Meeting Tuesday, April 29, at 6 p.m. Starting advertizing and working with sponsors and requested grants. Poster is on our website.
Youth: Jim Cleven, Chad Mogen
Had 150 kids for the Ice Fishing contest. Thank you to all the Helpers, Don Heifner, Mike Benzel, food Crew, the Stout Kids. Pheasants Forever are starting up a Trap Shooting team for kids. Jim Cleven was contacted to find a project for some Youth that need Community Service.
Corn Beef & Cabbage meal~Over 100 people were served with left overs for the snack for this meeting tonight.
A History of the Dunn County Fish and Game. ~ Please see Ron Fry with any information of History of the club. Ron has an excellent outline started and is looking for help filling in the information.
Heather Kistner reported and Thanked Les Kuesel for the help with talking to a high school group. The kids remembered making bird houses in Grade School.
