Buss Report: After a long meeting the other night Gary felt as if he might have had one too many beers so he took a bus home. This might not seem like a big deal to some of you but Gary's never driven a bus before.

Correspondence: Garrett Sinz:

Guest Jody Schutts spoke about the upcoming (17th Annual) “No Child Left Indoors” event that will be put on by the Red Cedar Women's Pheasants Forever. Each year they host up to 500 youth, free of charge, participating in over 20 outdoor activity stations. There will be free lunch as well. Our club was given the opportunity to volunteer at this year's event as well as set up a booth to advertise the Fish & Game and sell tickets to our upcoming Fall Banquet. This year the Women's P.F. event will be held August 29th from 10:00 to 3:00. Pre-registration is not required. Volunteers or those with questions can contact the following Women's P.F. Members:

Annette Knutson: 556-2250

Lynn Goss: 220-0215

Jody Schutts: 235-1512

Those DCF&G members working at the booth should set up at 8:00 a.m.

[Many people may not realize that this this chapter was the first Women's Chapter of Pheasants Forever to be established in the United States. There continue to be only a handful of these in the country but Dunn County's was the first and is a model for the others.]
