  2. Kitchen left with dishwasher full of food, dirty stove. Board decided to post S.O.P's by stove , dishwasher, & walk-in cooler and train custodian to clean them. Board consensus was to recommend this idea to the club and establish a committee to oversee this idea.

  3. Downsville Sportsman's Club donation: DSC had donated $250 to our fall banquet and were wondering if the club would donate $250 to their ice fishing contest. Our latest policy in this regard had been developed to stop the back and forth of these donations, which was basically a wash, to make it easier for our treasurer and for budgeting purposes. But since they had donated earlier in the year, Kellen motioned, Rich Leach 2nd, to send the DSC a check for $250 with a note reminding them that we would prefer not to do this swapping of checks in the future. Passed.
