Prices for DCFG Facility & Equipment


Upstairs banquet Facility $250.00/day

This includes the upper level of the DCFG Clubhouse along with any tables and chairs you may need. This does not include the kitchen. Depending on the type of event, a portable bar is available for a daily, nominal fee. Bartenders will be staffed by DCFG.

Downstairs Facility $250.00/day

This includes the lower level of the DCFG Clubhouse. This does not include use of the kitchen. Depending on the type of event, the bar is available for a daily, nominal fee. Bartenders will be staffed by DCFG.

Entire Building $475.00/day

This includes the both floors of the DCFG Clubhouse along with all tables and chairs you may need. This does not include the kitchen. A portable bar is available upon request, depending on the type of event there may be a nominal fee for using the portable bar. Bartenders will be staffed by DCFG.

Kitchen $75.00/day

This is the rental of the kitchen only. Other events may be taking place at the same time; therefore, you will be prohibited from using the rest of the upper level of the DCFG Clubhouse unless you have also rented the upstairs banquet facility. Renting the kitchen allows you to use everything in the kitchen including crockpots, roasters, coffee makers, silverware, and china. Everything must be cleaned in accordance with state regulations and stored at the end of every event, failure to comply with these policies will result in an additional cleaning fee.

Outdoor Tent set up at Wakanda Park $250.00/day

This includes use of a 20' x 30' tent. The tent would be set up in a location of your choice within the adjacent property to the DCFG Clubhouse, and would be taken down at the end of the event for you. The portable bar is not available for use outside of the DCFG Clubhouse property, and though the DCFG cannot supply any alcoholic beverages off of DCFG property, non-alcoholic beverages may still be ordered.

AV/Sound Equipment Fee $25.00/day

This includes use of the DCFG's PA system and projector. The PA system is available throughout the entire building, and the projector is stationary in the upstairs facility only.

Extra Cleanup Day Fee (Optional & Only available when the DCFG schedule allows) $50.00

This gives you an extra day to clean up from your event. You would be allowed to use the same portion of the facility as you indicated for your event. This option is only available as the schedule allows. Occasionally, the Dunn County Fish & Game Association will have to modify which space you are able to utilize the following day depending on scheduling needs. All renters must vacate the Dunn County Fish & Game Association by 3:30PM to allow for cleaning. Each hour after 3:30PM the renter will incur a charge of $50.00 per hour.

 

Note: All food and beverage prices are subject to a 5.5% sales tax and a 20% service charge.
